Details: Iron is an essential mineral whose primary role is to transport oxygen in the blood, and under certain conditions, supplemental iron is required to maintain a normal, healthy iron level. Gentle Iron provides 27 mg iron in each vegan capsule. Unlike most other iron preparations, it is designed to prevent constipation and gastric upset.
