Details: The CAP Barbell Chrome Classic 7-Foot Olympic Bar with Bronze Bushings is designed with medium-depth diamond knurling and sleeves with bushings. The medium-depth knurling and 30mm handgrip diameter ensures a tight, non-slip grip when lifting, while the sleeves swivel to reduce pressure on the forearms and to prevent the bar from warping. This bar features cold rolled steel with a tensile strength steel of 63,800 PSI. The shaft length is 51.55-inches with knurling that measures 9.65-inches and 7.6-inches on each side, which will fit on Olympic benches and racks/cages.
