- ★ WIDELY USED: This product can be used with various raw materials, such as seeds (including canola, peanuts, rapeseed, sesame, sunflower, walnuts and pumpkin). Dried raw materials produce a higher quality oil in greater quantities. Larger ingredients, such as olives, need to be processed into smaller pieces before being placed in the press.
- ★ HIGH OIL YIELD: The oil extraction rate of our oil press is up to 50%, depending on the oilseed. The oil presser has a fast pressing speed of 3-6 kg/h (for peanuts). Cold or hot pressing is available to suit your needs. To increase the oil output, hot pressing is a better choice. The machine needs to be warmed up for 10–15 minutes before hot pressing can be used.
- ★ Cold and hot hydraulic press: The hydraulic press uses two methods: hot and cold pressing. The built-in thermostat heater makes it easier to heat the seeds without frying them separately. To achieve higher oil production, a hot press is recommended.
- ★ The machine is easy to use and clean. Just plug it in, feed the seeds into the hopper and press start. It will then process automatically. You can add materials continuously at any time during the process without needing to pause.
