If, within 60 days of delivery and installation, you end up receiving a traffic photo violation while Phantom Tag Protector covers are properly installed on your vehicle and all traffic enforcement photos were taken from an angle, we will gladly grant you a full refund of the product purchase price. Copy of received violation(s), including all photos, are required to be submitted as prove. Submit traffic violation documents and photos to the following email address: refund@phantomtagprotector.com.

If upon receiving your ordered license plate protector(s), you discovered damaged item(s), promptly notify us within 10-days of delivery, and we'll arrange a replacement order to be shipped out to you at no additional cost to you. Your cooperation in filing a damaged package insurance claim will be required. Refusal to subsequently accept a replacement order for a received damaged order, will be considered a customer changed of mind return, and refund issuance will be less restocking fee and original shipping expense.
